Central CM Series LLC, a Series of RMI I Series LLC:

  1. Board of Directors
  • Chairperson: Leads the Board and ensures effective governance.
  • Board Members: Comprised of individuals with expertise in finance, asset management, and legal affairs to oversee the strategic direction of Central CM Series LLC.
  • Advisory Committees: These may include a Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee, and Ethics Committee to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and maintain ethical standards.
  1. Executive Management Team
  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Oversees the overall operations of Central CM Series LLC, implementing the Board’s strategic decisions.
  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Manages financial planning, analysis, and capital structuring to support asset-backed money issuance.
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO): Manages day-to-day operations and ensures efficiency across departments.
  • Chief Risk Officer (CRO): Responsible for assessing financial, operational, and market risks associated with asset conversion and money issuance.
  • Chief Compliance Officer (CCO): Ensures that the LLC adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, especially related to credit and asset-backed money systems.

  • Asset Monitoring Team: Tracks and monitors the assets backing Central Cru to ensure ongoing compliance with asset-backed money issuance standards.
  1. Treasury and Financial Management Department
  • Treasury Director: Manages liquidity, investments, and financial reserves.
  • Finance Operations Team: Manages financial transactions, including the issuance of Central Cru, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
  • Reserves Management Team: Oversees both the Primary and Secondary Reserves backing Central Cru, ensuring the necessary asset values are maintained.
  1. Monetary Issuance Department
  • Director of Monetary Issuance: Oversees the process of issuing Central Cru based on the valuation of receivables.
  • Issuance Operations Team: Executes the issuance of Central Cru in coordination with the Asset Management and Treasury departments.
  • Secondary Reserve Management Team: Manages reserves to ensure that for every issued unit of Central Cru, corresponding Primary and Secondary Reserves are in place.
  1. Technology and Innovation Department
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Ensures that the technology infrastructure supports secure transactions, monitoring of receivables, and regulatory compliance.
  • Innovation Team: Focuses on developing new systems for secure, efficient money issuance and receivable management using cutting-edge financial technologies.

  • Internal Audit Director: Ensures internal controls are maintained and regularly audited.
  • Risk Assessment Team: Identifies and manages risks related to receivables and money issuance.
